Okay, I just cleaned my bathroom.
With water and a cloth.
Yep, that's right. I'll be the first one to admit I'm a skeptic when it comes to new products that claim to be environmentally friendly, etc. But I went to a Norwex party the other night and was seriously impressed. I wasn't totally sold though, but thought I'd give them a try. I bought a cleaning cloth (antibacterial microfibre) and a window cloth for somewhere around $40. Whoa. I couldn't believe I spent that much on a couple of cloths.
But now that I've cleaned my bathroom, I am considering buying one for each room (living areas) and I can almost guarantee I will never, ever buy another bottle of Fantastic, Windex or Pledge. My bathroom mirrors are more shiny that I have ever seen them, and the soap scum on my (black!) shower tiles is gone. Amazing.
When I was done cleaning I picked Emilie up and was subconsciously keeping my hands away from her skin and then I realized they only had water on them!
I have also been washing my face (sans soap!) with their facecloth that I won and I haven't had a zit all week. The dealer that was there says she hasn't used soap on her body in 3 years.
Anyway, I am definitely going to book a party in the new year so that I can earn a bunch of free stuff, so check out their website and start deciding what you want! :-)

yeah, i have some of their stuff and really like it. i have to admit that i regressed back to a little cleaner for the tub, but not for lots of other things. i really, really, really like the window cloths and the mop! i got the mop free when i hosted a party!
I've never heard of this stuff, but it sounds interesting.
I think Olivia may have a future in song writing!
I wonder if its like the rags (sorry) cloths we get at the country store? they are something microfiber, I dont know about the antibactiral? they are not very pricey, and I love them for mirrors or windows its amazing.
Twila
let me know when you have your party... just in case. I guess I could always order something to try even if I can't be there!
robyn,
it's jocelyn from mada,
i just had to comment on this post: my mom cleans houses as a job (for 1000% higher wages than i pay my ladies - it makes me cringe actually) anyway, she only! uses those cloths for cleaning. It's expensive to get them originally, but it's nice to know that you're saving pennies by not buying cleaners and the environmet too! AND, i like that you can clean the bathroom without falling over from fumes. We really like the dish cloths, they are so good because they dont get all gunky like other ones.
